This Privacy Policy explains what information Mornings with Gia ("we," "us," or "our"), a digital product offered by Sandra Creates with AI and operated by Sandra Scott, collects from you, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Short version: we collect the bare minimum to deliver your Gia prompt and keep your account working. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers. Ever.

What we collect

When you purchase or use Mornings with Gia, we collect:

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Deliver Mornings with Gia (process your payment, send your access email, generate your prompt)
• Provide customer support if you email us
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase (receipt, access link, occasional product updates)
• Maintain and improve the product (debugging, abuse prevention)

If Sandra ever sends marketing emails (about new Pink Door products, etc.), you'll be able to unsubscribe with one click in any email. We do not pre-check marketing opt-ins.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with the specific service providers required to run Mornings with Gia. None of them resell your data, and they're all bound by their own privacy commitments:

We do not run any third-party analytics, advertising, or social media tracking pixels on this site. The only cookies you'll encounter are functional cookies set by our hosting provider (Vercel) and our embedded order form (GoHighLevel) to keep the site working properly.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct — Update inaccurate information (e.g., a typo in your email)
• Delete — Request that we delete your data entirely (we'll keep transactional records as required by law, but everything else goes)
• Export — Receive your data in a portable format
• Opt out — Unsubscribe from any non-transactional emails at any time

How long we keep it

We keep your contact record, form answers, and generation count for as long as you remain a customer plus 7 years after, to comply with US tax and record-keeping requirements. After that, we anonymize or delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time (transactional records like Stripe receipts may be retained as required by law).

Children

Mornings with Gia is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption everywhere, secure cloud providers (Stripe, GHL, Vercel) with their own enterprise-grade security, and no card numbers on our servers ever. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves or as laws change. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
