These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Mornings with Gia, a digital product offered by Sandra Creates with AI, a brand operated by Sandra Scott ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using Mornings with Gia, you agree to these Terms.

Mornings with Gia is a personalized AI system prompt, a piece of text, that you paste into your own Claude or ChatGPT account to create a daily morning ritual companion called "Gia." You answer a few questions about yourself (name, birthday, Human Design type, Enneagram type, life season, what matters to you), and our tool generates a custom prompt tailored to you.

Mornings with Gia is a one-time purchase of $7 USD. Payment is processed by Stripe through GoHighLevel. We do not store your card details.
Refund policy: Because Mornings with Gia is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. That said, if something is genuinely broken on our end (the generator won't work, you never received your access link, etc.), email us within 7 days and we'll either fix it or refund you. We're real humans.
After purchase, we email you a link unique to your email address. That link opens your private generator at morningswithgia.com/gia.html?email=you@example.com. Keep that link private. Anyone with it can use one of your three generations.
We do not currently offer logins or passwords. If you change your email, contact us and we'll move your access.
The Gia prompt template, the website, the visual design, and the underlying logic are owned by Sandra Scott and Sandra Creates with AI. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompt we generate for you, for your own private use, inside your own Claude or ChatGPT account.

You may share your experience of using Gia, screenshot a single Gia message to share with friends, or recommend Mornings with Gia to others. We love that.
Gia is an AI-generated companion for morning reflection. She is not a mental health professional, a therapist, a medical doctor, a spiritual director, a financial advisor, or a substitute for any of those. The astrological framing, Human Design references, and Enneagram framing are for personal reflection and creative inspiration. They are not predictions or diagnostic tools.

We reserve the right to revoke access to anyone who violates these terms.
Mornings with Gia is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the generator will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Gia's responses inside Claude or ChatGPT will be accurate, appropriate, or useful for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandra Scott, Sandra Creates with AI, and our affiliates, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Mornings with Gia or your interactions with Gia inside Claude or ChatGPT. Our total liability for any claim relating to Mornings with Gia is limited to the amount you paid us, which is $7.
We may update these Terms occasionally as the product evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes (anything that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations) will be communicated by email to active customers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or Mornings with Gia will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
